MyDiscountZone.com - Refer a Friend - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
a. MyDiscountZone.com Refer a Friend ("Programme") is available to all existing MyDiscountZone.com customers (“Referring Customers”) and to all individuals (“Referred Customers”) who click to MyDiscountZone.com. (The Website) via the link (“Referral Link”) or ticket code (“Referral Code) of the Programme sent by a referring customer (The User), provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
b. To be eligible for the Programme, Referring Customers must:
Be a MyDiscountZone.com account holder who has previously paid for at least one order and not subsequently cancelled the said order on The Website
- Legally able to join such programmes in their country
c. To be eligible for the Programme, Referred Customers must:
- Have never made a paid order with MyDiscountZone.com via The Website, including Delivery & Handling Only orders. Except for Referred Customers who use MyDiscountZone.com Business Services for the first time through the Programme
d. Excluded persons include:
- The account holders who have only participated in a free trial programme and not yet made a paid order. They will be permitted to join after they have made their first paid order
e. Termination:
- MyDiscountZone.com reserves the right to close customers’ accounts of Referring or Referred Customers, if these have acquired MyDiscountZone.com by fraud or have used or attempted to use the acquired MyDiscountZone.com discount code in a way that violates these terms of applicable laws.
- MyDiscountZone.com reserves the right to terminate the Programme or change the terms at its own discretion at any time
2. MyDiscountZone.com Discount Code:
a. MyDiscountZone.com can be used as payment or partial payment against MyDiscountZone.com shopping for it products and accessories on all standard accounts on The Website.
b. MyDiscountZone.com discount code cannot be used as payment against delivery charges, or taxes on The Website.
c. MyDiscountZone.com discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash and has no monetary value.
d. Referred Customers make a purchase that is then not subsequently cancelled on The Website directly after they enter through the Referring Customers unique Referral Link or Referral Code and;
e. Referred Customers must be new customers to The Website and have not made a paid order with The Website previously unless they are using MyDiscountZone.com Business Services for the first time.
f. Redeemed MyDiscountZone.com discount code is not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable, or transferable for cash, credit other Refer a friend accounts under any circumstances, unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
g. MyDiscountZone.com discount code accrued in any Programme Account does not constitute property of the referring customer and is not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to any person or entity and cannot be transferred to any other Programme account.
h. MyDiscountZone.com discount code accrued in a Referring Customers Programme account for any given day will be valid for 30 days. If unredeemed after 30 days, it will expire and be deleted from the Referring Customers account. However, this 30 days period will refresh if the referring customer makes a purchase within that first 30 days period. If the referring customer neither redeems the MyDiscountZone.com discount code nor makes a subsequent purchase before the last day of the 30 days, the MyDiscountZone.com discount code will be removed from the referring customers account.
i. Referring Customers enrolled in the Programme can accrue MyDiscountZone.com discount code based on accrual rules stated in these terms and conditions and any additional time limited MyDiscountZone.com offers in subsequent communications for undertaking specific actions.
j. MyDiscountZone.com has the right to change the methodology for the accrual of MyDiscountZone.com discount code in the future at any time without prior notice.
k. MyDiscountZone.com discount codes can be used on the Website for products or electronic services, but not for delivery and/or handling costs. If your discount code value is less than the value of goods ordered, the difference is to be covered by payment with a credit or debit card.
l. For each Referral only one reward of MyDiscountZone.com discount code will be allocated to Referring Customers. Any further or subsequent purchase by Referred Customers will not be rewarded and/or be profitable for either Referred Customers or Referring Customers.
3. Programme Account:
a. If The User Account is not in good standing or in dispute, the referring customers Programme enrolment and the relevant use of MyDiscountZone.com discount codes may be suspended.
b. If The User cancels their Programme Account or has their Account cancelled, all MyDiscountZone.com discount code accrued in the User’s Programme Account and not redeemed at the date of cancellation will be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed at the time of such cancellation.
4. General Programme:
a. Ιn sharing the Referral Link or Referral Code The User accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions
b. The personal recommendation message from Referring Customers containing the Referral Link or Referral Code can only be distributed to a natural person via personal forms of communication and not via legal entities
c. If a User sends information to another person via e-mail or through social networks it must meet the general conventions for sending e-mails and messaging through said social networks to friends or family members. Mass messaging, messaging to strangers or any form of action which violates the law or serves commercial purposes, particularly in the form of "spam", is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the customer account of the Referring Customer and the Referral Link will be deactivated.
d. MyDiscountZone.com reserves the right to terminate the Programme at any time. MyDiscountZone.com also reserves the right to change Programme terms and conditions at any time.
e. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of MyDiscountZone.com discount code in the Programme or conversion of MyDiscountZone.com Points may result in forfeiture of accrued MyDiscountZone.com discount code as well as cancellation of a User's Programme Account and any MyDiscountZone.com Customer Account.
f. MyDiscountZone.com's failure to enforce a particular Term or Condition does not constitute a waiver of that Term or Condition by MyDiscountZone.com.
g. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Programme or the eligibility of MyDiscountZone.com discount code for accrual will be resolved by MyDiscountZone.com in its sole discretion
h. The Programme and any use of The Website are subject to the ‘terms and conditions’ of The Website and the privacy policy terms, as described on the Website
